In a .vcf file I use the attributes: VOICE, FAX, CELL, EMAIL and URL
for convenience I declared five constants in a module:

VOICE=1
FAX=2
CELL=3
EMAIL=4
URL=5

In web2py 2.2 this was no problem, however, in web2py 2.3 the constant
URL conflicts with the URL variable in my menu definitions
