...Okey can someone explain what the user_signature=False switch...adding
it to the grid changes everything and all buttons appear..changing it like
so..
form = SQLFORM.grid(db.department,
searchable=True,
deletable=True,
details=True,
selectable=False,
csv=False, user_signature=False)
