Seems like this plugin isn't supported/updated. It still connects to browserid.org (They changed the name from Browser ID to Persona.) (in contrib directory to web2py, and the google code project.)
And is there a reason to redirect to http://google.com on failed logins? Nearly everything else is a parameter. --
