I am not sure what is happening. Normally first posts by members are moderated to avoid spam but, once approved, the user can post anything and we never censor posts. recently I have seen posts being blocked by Google and awaiting moderation even if the user had posted messages before. I do not understand why this it. I do not recall if any of those posts was from you. Anyway, all posts awaiting moderation are always approved unless they are clearly spam (usually having to to with porn or advertisements for Java positions).
