For me, on a clean windows install, both soft and hardcron work from
source (tried with 1.59). I can confirm hardcron NOT working when run
from binary, though. I will have to compile myself to get to the
bottom of that. It's even more concerning that Icebergs self-compiled
version does not work the same way a, so there is something definitely
amis in the compilation.

Linux definitely works, all crom modes, I have it in production in all
three modes. Had no Mac reports so don't know about those.

Windows folks, do you use cron ? Speak up ! What version, what python,
binary/source ? Does it work for you ?
