Thanks very much for writing the guide! I found it very helpful. I added a comment to http://mdp.cti.depaul.edu/AlterEgo/default/show/186 about editing the app.yaml to exclude directories.
I now have myapp.appspot.com/myapp/default/index working and that's great. What I would like to do is get www.mydomain.com working on GAE with Web2py transparently. In other words, when you're on www.mydomain.com/some/url/ that's what I would like to show. And not myapp.appspot.com/myapp/ default/some/url or whatever. Have you (or anybody) been able to do anything like that? Thanks again.
