Naturally, I'm in favor of YUI's own CSS framework (which is not dependent on the JS stuff that carries the same name). However, CSS frameworks are much less idiomatic than JS libraries. I think it is in web2py's best interests to include "a good CSS framework". I don't really care which good one it is.
