I have a need to be able to sync data between instances of the same
app.

I see that someone before me had the same kind of scenario:
http://groups.google.com/group/web2py/browse_thread/thread/af3f7ad5271a10c6/c5e96141c13a29ad

The 1-table example appliance which has this functionality has a
corrrupted download, so not easy to evaluate that as a starting point:
http://mdp.cti.depaul.edu/appliances/default/download/app.source.312926207134.txt

I see that using UUIDs in Web2Py has been discussed before:
http://groups.google.com/group/web2py/browse_thread/thread/7d639c98b5b8dcd2/c0fe17ccbdd12eb7

Does anyone have a good copy of the appliance to download?

Anyone got database synchronization working?
- anyone willing to share their code?

Many thanks :)
F
