Start writing. You need to register. After you register, for any page other than 'main' you have attachments and comments. You can start by moving over content from AlterEgo. Some of you have the latex source of the book. I have no objection if part of that material is copied here. Feel free to organize the menus as you consider appropriate. Use titles like 1/Main 2/Examples etc. to sort the top level menu items.
