It's great that there is a PDF version available now. Is the PDF limited in any way like the VitalSource version is? I have really don't like the VitalSource software and want to ditch it completely. For me, it is a frustrating piece of software, so even if the PDF is limited in the same ways (only two machine install is the one that gets me), Adobe Reader will still be a better host application than VitalSource Bookshelf.
That said, the material in the book is worth every penny. You'll be happy to purchase it after an hour or so of use.
