Put the code above in to a new app. Select page 2 and type some text in to the text box and select any number of checkboxes and click submit. Now go to page 1 and click on save Now go to page 2, you will see that the check box values are set back to no checks - the input box stays the same - no change. Now check some boxes again and click, submit. Go to page 3 now and click on submit (page three is css hiding the check boxes) Now go back to page 2 and you will see all is fine.
