I guess I had to watch the episode where Barney tagged the governor's car for the 81st time before it came to me. What was it ? After seeing Barney make a big deal about the chewing gum wrapping paper on the ground, it was hilarious to soon afterwards watch Barney throw ( was it Mathew McCue?) cigar to the ground. When Barney's keyed up he goes to pieces. What a charm to watch. Ps. Eager to go to the Mt Airy Christmas parade this Saturday ! Cold but no chance of rain.
