Not only are things repeated on TAGS, many themes show up on Gomer Pyle, USMC. I watched one recently where Sgt. Carter saved Gomer from a granade, so Gomer felt he owed his life to serving the Sgt. In the end, to get Gomer to stop, the Sgt. set up a heater to be leaking gas and act like he passed out for Gomer to save him. We know how that turned out. Gomer passed out, the Sgt. had to get Gomer outside and then pretend Gomer saved the Sgt. It's like reading the last chapter of the book first. You know what is going to happen and how it ends. Although it is better than a lot of other programs on now. I'm glad I get MeTV.
