Ken, Here are a couple ideas for those people from Mt. Airy arrested on drug charges:
Lock them up in "The Rock", of course, where every day Barney would recite Rule 1 and Rule 2. Part of their daily rations would be one of Aunt Bee's pickles served with breakfast, lunch and dinner. While locked up, no TV or radio - just a tape player, with a tape playing only: Barney singing solos in the chorus; the Mayberry Band playing marches; Juanita Pike singing "Flow Gently Sweet Afton"; and Ernest T. singing his courting song while keeping time on the metal gas can. Then, on weekends, take them around town to do various civic projects, under the direct supervision of Aunt Bee, the Warden.
