I believe Curt is right. You see, when I checked on this, I didn't bother pulling out my DVD's of TAGS because they are still in a tote in the basement from our move. So I looked for the episode on You Tube. However, I could only find two, and they both had distorted sound (deliberately, I'm assuming, to avoid copyright issues?). When I watched both of them, it seemed that Howard was indeed saying, "Good morning, Floyd." But going back and looking/listening again, I can tell that he could instead be saying, "Floyd, how are you?"
