I think all in attendance at MD2016 had a great time. The weather was warm but
no rain.I chatted with old friends and made some new ones. The silent auction was
a success again because of the efforts of Jeff Koontz and all the generous
folks who
donated unique items. The celebrities/tribute artists were spot on in their
appearances.
Mike Haviland is a new tribute artist as Sgt. Carter and Michael Oliver was
great as
Gomer.
The Colonel Tim's Talent Time Show had a few new twists that went over well with
the crowd.David Browning & Christie McLendon did a duet dressed as Porter
Wagoner
and Dolly Parton...fun,fun,fun.
