You know, that Tom Jacobs can do some pretty amazing things. In "The Loaded Goat," Tom is in the barber shop while Mayor Stoner and Cy Hudgins are talking about the blasting and why Cy has his goat, Jimmy, in town. Cy gets mad at the Mayor, takes Jimmy and leaves the shop. Outside, he walks down a short distance and ties Jimmy to the bench outside the court house. While Cy is talking to Jimmy, we see Tom Jacobs come in from the street, cross the sidewalk and enter a store about 2 doors up. My guess is Crowley's Market.
Somehow Tom managed to disappear from the shop and re-appear out on the street. My guess is that, when they were shooting some of the Star Trek episode at 40 Acres, they accidentally left a transporter.
