Janet correctly answered my question, which was concerned with the only time (to my knowledge) that we ever see the squad car's two-way radio. It happens in Barney's Replacement, while Barney unhelpfully demonstrates the equipment to Bob Rogers, saying, "You talk in here, and you listen here. That's the explanation."
Years ago when I was putting my squad car together, I showed that clip to an old-timer at the local Motorola dealer. He confirmed that it was a Motorola, but was unable from that very brief clip to identify the exact model (this was before the days of DVD and Netflix and the like). He even found an old non-working radio from the era and gave it to me for free. Wasn't that a nice man?
