Is it any wonder Howard was arrested for possession of drugs. Why, with all that medication he has for his deviated septum and nasal conditions, he is a regular walking pharmacy. But have no fear, I have a feeling his mother bailed him out. Probably the whole thing got started from when he started playing cards and fell into bad company at the Lodge.
