It has been kind of quiet here on the Digest lately so I thought I would see if I could generation some discussion. Now we are all familiar with the great episode with the infamous gold shipment passing through Mayberry. It got me to thinking about other times when the word "gold" was mentioned in an episode. I have come up with 8 episodes where I can remember gold being mentioned. Can anyone list them all? There might even be others that I have disremembered.
