I know I can't be the only person who read in today's newspaper that Jim Nabors
recently flew to Seattle Washington and got married. Out of respect for all
the laughs and great times Gomer has given to all his Mayberry fans, that is
all I am going to say about that. Congratulations Jim, best

Orville Hendricks - Mount Pilot Butter and Egg Man. There was this old woman
who was married to a terrible man. Every bad deed there was he did it.
Finally one day the husband died. After a day and night of sitting up with
the corpse in the living room, the pall bearers were carrying the body to the
cemetary. When they started out the gate they bumped the gate post and
dropped the coffin. When the husband hit the ground, he suddenly came back to
life. The husband lived another 10 years cussing, drinking, and beating the
whole time. Finally after the 10 years the husband died again. When the
pall bearers started to carry the coffin to the cemetary again, the wife said
"Be sure to be careful and not hit that gate post".
