May has been a sad month in Mayberry with the death of both George Lindsey and Doug Dillard. We lost two wonderful people and friends. I was fortunate to attend both funeral services in Nashville and they were just like you would expect for each man. George's had lots of laughs and great stories. Doug's had lots of music and great stories. Each person touched so many lives in their own ways and they will be missed. I know their families appreciated all the Mayberry friends who came to pay their respects. As TAGS fans, we are blessed to have them shared their talents on the show and in live performances. Heaven is not only now funnier but you can hear the sound of a banjo among the harps.
