The county nurse, Mary, (Sue AneLangdon, who had to get the slides), plays the
defendant, Miss Hendrix in a court trial. The sales clerk (Dabbs Greer,who
sold Andy the canning jars and asked Andy if Aunt Bee would like something else
besides canning jars), played Mr. Mason, Ms. Hendrix'sdefense attorney. Isn't
that peculiar and curious that Mr. Mason,sold Andy 2 cases of Mason jars to
Andy for Aunt Bee's birthday. When Rob (Dick van Dyke) is getting into the
jury box, he sits rightnext to who I think is (but not sure) Elmo, who wanted
the pool table in the church basement. The bailiff was played by Doodles
Weaver, (Regis, the sign holder in the Gold Truckepisode and George Bricker,
the mailman, in Aunt Bee's BriefEncounter).
