It was a Saturday in Mayberry and it was Otis Campbell's 60th birthday. Being a special occasion, he went out and got gassed. As usual he found his way to his cell and locked himself up. Unfortunately for Barney, it was his night to spend with Otis. After keeping an eye on Otis for several hours, Barney got bored so he decided to get out his gypsy fortune cards to see if he could communicate with the Count. So Barney took everything into Otis's cell so Otis could experience it with him. (Besides that, Barney was a little nervous conjuring up the Count all by his lonesome.) After lighting the lamp and sprinkling the dust on the flame in order to evoke the Count's spirit, Barney began to deal the cards. Just as he started the second row, two horned toads came up. He looked in his book and it said that Otis was granted two wishes. ( The count probably wasn't too crazy about town drunks.) When Otis heard that he was granted one wish, without even thinking he said in a rather slurred voice, " I wish I had a wife twenty years younger than me." And POOF, Otis was suddenly 80 years old.
