Dear Fellow Mayberrians, Well, the Borders bookstore (not to be confused with the border on Old Man Kelsey's Creek, Woods, or Ocean) on Main and Elm is closing down, and I got a nifty spiffy special edition DVD set of "Meet Me In St Louis" with none other than Mr. Hampton, the high school principal, before he came to Mayberry just in time for the Senior Play (not to be mistaken for the "Senor Play"). I almost said he lives in the 18th century, although I think the story was set in the early 20th century. ;-) Leon Ames sure had quite a career! I wonder if that Leon went in for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?
