Lucille, I had the same reaction the first time I noticed that. However, as I looked for the keys in other episodes, I realized that there are other times that two rings of keys are on the nail rather than the usual one. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for that that I can tell, but it does make you wonder why.
