OK, so I was watching an episode of TAGS on WLMB, the Christian station out of Toledo, and lo and behold, it was our online chapter episode, about Bob Rogers the temporary deputy. I busted out laughing when Barney said, "Who's been messing up the bulletin board?" It's so great the way Andy lures Barney back onto the force, and at the same time they teach Deputy Bob a thing or two about working with people. He turned out to be a good old boy, so it was a great experience for everyone. I did notice, however, that after Barney gave Bob the ticket for illegal parking, he tore it up and threw it in the street! Does that mean Citizen Bob could have given Barney a Citizen's Ticket (kind of like a Citizen's Arrest) for littering? Maybe Barn picked up the torn ticket later and threw it away proper-like. (There may be more to this.....than meets the eye!)
