I do not recall any
reacher mentioning the name of an actual bibical person.
In the episode where they had to fix the church because it was damaged by a
flood, Rev. Tucker said something like "There's not much in the bible about
flooding, except for the story of Noah."
This was when they were all sitting around in the courthouse trying to figure
out how to fix the church.
Howard then got his inspiration to flood the ohter side to lower it to make the
church even.
