The artistic weavers reference was in the episode, "If I Had A Quarter Million" if I'm not mistaken. It's the episode where Barney puts the pistol in his belt in back, and tries to take it out quickly, and the gun goes off. Andy tells Barney he'll take his pants to the artistic weavers for him.
