I was watching Barney resite the Preamble to the US Constitution on
TAGS yesterday, (to me one the funniest scene ever done on the show) and
I noticed that Barney's hair changes from neat to messed up and back to
neat and again back to messed up and so on. As many times as I have seen
this episode, this was the first time I noticed that. I guess that has
something to do with several separate shooting of the scene. Any thoughts?
