A few days back someone asked which episode mentioned "a month's supply of
mint jelly."  I thought this would be an easy one, but I didn't see any mention
of the answer (perhaps I just missed it).  Anyway, this is in Wyatt Earp Rides
Again.  When Warren agrees to arm wrestle with Clarence in the barber shop,
Floyd points out that Warren once "walked away with a month's supply of mint
jelly" by winning an arm wrestling competition.

Regarding "kooky": Ed Sawyer (the Stranger in Town) asked Andy, "He's kind of
kooky, isn't he?" (referring to Barney, who had been attempting to trap Ed by
trying to get him to speak in a foreign language.)

Regarding mouths with high roofs: before TAGS, Andy used this expression in his
old routine about the opera Carmen.  In this silly bit, he claimed that the
best singers had really high roofs to their mouths, in fact, some were so high,
they had no place to hook their teeth unto.
