The St. Petersburg Times run a "stupid criminal" column and today's paper had a
zinger!

~ Adair County, KY, opened its spanking new $12.4 million judicial center on
Monday to great fanfare, unless you were one of the people locked up in one of
its cells. And one of the people that got locked up in one of its cells was
Charles Wright. He is a deputy in Adair County, and his only crime was
accidentaly locking himself in one of the new cells. Well, that was his only
crime before he locked himself in the cell. Sheriff Ralph Curry said that when
Wright found himself incarcerated, he tried to extricate himself by shooting
at the door. The didn't work. He wasn't charged with a crime, but he isn't a
deputy anymore. And he will pay for the damage he did.~

There are so many similarities that it's almost taken from script.....I wonder
why Barney never wasted his bullet on trying to open the door.

Harriet, the chicken thief, wondering what's the difference between
incarcerated and inarculated.

......"Johnny Paul Jason says chewing tar is good for your teeth"..."That's an
old wives tale"...."Johnny Paul ain't married"........
