Now, when you get an answer like that from Paul, that's about as official as you can get, so that is the correct answer...but if I may dwell on this subject briefly. About 7 or 8 years ago I thought I wanted to be a tribute artist...but I don't look or sound like any of the stars, and realizing I was perhaps more of a writer than an actor (if either at all), I decided to be a tribute artist of writers like Harvey Bullock and Everett Greeenbaum. (This desire, in fact was the original idea/ impetus for my pen name/handle.."The Untrained Voice" I'm not a real writer but a untrained pretender..get it? Playing off the use of the term "trained voice" used on the show) I started writing what I called "lost episodes" and posting them bit by bit in the Digest. Allan talked to me on the side and made me realize this type of activity was actually called "Fan Fiction" and he helped me post them on this Fan Fiction portion of his wonderful website. When I was writing these "episodes" my main desire was to fill in gaps of things I wished we had seen like, more Christmas Episodes, an episode about basketball and (it took me a while to get here didn't it?) more details about Andy's wife..Opie's Mom.
