It would be interesting to watch the first season episode of "Mayberry Goes Hollywood" to compare the height of Mayor Pike with Orville Monroe (Jonathan Hole). If we can count any character on the show, I would be pretty sure that Cousin Virgil (Michael J. Pollard) would be the shortest. His biography on IMDB lists his height as 66 inches. No height is given for Mayor Pike or Orville Monroe on IMDB.
