Tom,
Thanks for the delightful stories about Allen Hale and others. That was
a very nice glimpse into what they were like, and what great encounters
you had. I think you also put a nice touch on the stories about Francis
Bavier. I'm sure a lot of France/Aunt Bee fans will appreciate that.

You may get other questions , so no hurry on this, but I'd like to know
more about Herbie Faye. On The Andy Griffith Show he always played a
guy who is a little bit shady. He came to get an order from the
counterfeiters. He was a crooked Carnival worker in Banjo playing
Deputy, He was the crook that Opie and his friend tape recorded.

Was he always a shady character or did he play any "nice guy" roles??
Or family man roles?

Ken

A couple answers for you

For investments, put your waders on and go out and look at the swamp
land that Floyd had for sale. You can't go wrong with the good old
mother earth!! They're not making any more land. No noisy faucet or
leaky roof either.

For your interior shots, did anyone mention Opie's Clubhouse where they
took the baby in the market basket?
