Tonights episode on Mayberry RFD was mikes first car, he buys it from Goober by
earning money working at the service station.
There are not too many far shots of the station but up close it seems to
still be the original, but some props are different.
Also in one scene across the street is a church and several homes.
In this episode Ole Goob is not a very good mechanic and he also is the town
sheriff
And not real good at that either.
One thing also, in the inside home shot of Ken berry's house it looks almost
exactly like Andys house with swinging door and back door location and even
counters and sinks the same.
Looks like they reused Andys home set.
I never liked the RFD episodes when they first came out but now i appreciate
them on a different level.
I hope they release these also on dvd.
