libinput 1.29.1 is now available.

Only a few minor changes over the last release with three device-specific
quirks and few improvements to debugging.

Included is one sizeof mixup that may be an issue on 32 bit systems and a
potential crasher caused by abort if the dial/ring/strip pad mode group wasn't
found.

Overall, this should be a nice but otherwise harmless update.
