I am wondering if we should start talking about graduation. What is holding us back? My take is just "team size", but I suspect it will just stay that way for some time.
I did an experiment a while back to see how many +1s we could get from PPMC members - we got enough. That, really, is the base requirement for a functioning PMC. We're not going to suddenly grow in a hurry. But it seems we're also not going to go away either. Perhaps we should just bite the bullet and discuss graduation? Perhaps this question could be put into the board report somehow?
