These are good, but let's add a spin to it - what do the Incubator PMC
and the Board want to hear?

Whilst it is cool/clever/whatever that we are reducing dependencies, the
real question is how does this help us move towards graduation? That's
what they're gonna want to hear.

Points that could be made:

 * We have started exploring the SwellRT code and how we might absorb it
 * We are seeing some renewal of activity
 * SwellRT has reduced the complexity of the Wave codebase, so pulling
 it back into Wave will make it easier for new developers to engage with
 us.
