Ali: I think it is better to stay formal in this case. We are voting on the "exact stuff", and changing a name, somehow changes things. I am pretty sure it would be complained about it at the IPMC if would let this slip through. Binding votes: usually PMC member votes are binding. In Incubator projects it's that the IPMC has the final vote. So we need three +1 from IPMC members. In best case this would be covered by your mentors, but it's only me and Upayavira here. In any case, we need to inform the IPMC of our vote.
