Hi Ali, I've read through the JIRA issue and it talks about having two messages being sent but one of those should just be the wave message being updated though the wave system, and a second email should be sent though the old school system using the update to the wave using just the unread blip(s). This will require that the wave system holds a record of the official email of the user that signed up to the wave system... Are we willing to change the sign up process to include an email to an old school email? If not how do we contact this user? Should we wait until the GXP system has been removed to not update this old system? I'm happy to update the GXP system in the meantime.
If anyone has any thoughts on it I'd happily entertain them so we can have concrete solution to this issue.
