In the comment in server.config it says:# To become an admin: Register a user and set its address as the value below. # Admin has a privilege to change passwords of other users using an agent robot.
How does one actually perform these admin actions? I've logged in with the admin account, but I see nothing different in the UI. Also, if I turn off the ability for anyone to register, how do I add accounts?
