This is something anyone can do. If you are unsure about voting, when you vote +1, simply state what checks you have done, no-one will be concerned if you don't spot an error - rather they will be pleased that someone else looked. Also, having looked at the package, you will be able to play a part of the collective education that will happen when the release is vetted by the Incubator PMC, and will be able to help carry that knowledge forwards for this project.
