If you could tidy-up and include Niklaus's notes

it would be great.

I don't know what sort of structure you want to put things in on the
wiki, currently it seems to be fairly unstructured.

I would keep the linux commands generic (install packages X,Y,Z using
your package manager) rather than simply saying 'apt-get install X Y
Z', since there are too many variants to make it worth listing
specifically.

Once we have it packaged, the distro specific parts should be very minimal.

I think the most useful thing to document at the moment would be the
server configuration file, which (although it seems to be pretty
reasonably documented IMHO) seems to consistently trip up new users
given the mailing list questions.

PS. Regarding permissions to edit pages, I would ask Michael since he
seems to be the only person with access currently.
