Hi Travis,

Right now we're in the middle of transitioning from the Google
infrastructure to the Apache setup.

Yes Wave is being actively developed by a small group of developers, both
from within and outside of Google.

The current status of Wave In A Box can be summarised as:

- Robots work
- Gadgets work
- Rich Text Editor Works
- Admin needs work
- Persistance is in development

Yes outside developers are more than welcome to contribute to WIAB, we're
working through the steps that new contributors will need to follow to
become official contributors to the project, however in the mean time send
you patches to this list and ask for some one to review them.

In terms of a roadmap, the closest we have at the moment is this:

<http://www.waveprotocol.org/wave-in-a-box/wiab-roadmap>I hope that helps, I
look forward to hearing more about your project and what you want to do with
Wave.
