This Thursday, December 22, RETN Channel 16 on Adelphia Cable will air
Samiya Halaby's talk, "Where the Soul Takes Flight: Art and Resistance,"
which she gave on October 22, in conjunction with the "Made in Palestine"
exhibition.
For those who did not attend the talk in person, this is an excellent
opportunity not only to hear about the history of Palestinian art--and the
background to the "Made in Palestine" exhibition, which Ms. Halaby helped
create--but also to view slides of an extraordinary array of Palestinian
artwork.
The program, which runs about an hour, airs as follows:
Thursday, December 22: Noon - 1:00 P.M.
9:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.m.
Friday, December 23 1:00 A.M. - 2 A.M.
