So you would like to have 1 only one worker thread doing only decryption and the other threads doing any other packet processing. If so, your overall Quic processing would be bounded to what 1 thread can offer. Right ?

Why? since all nodes are on a single threads, and VPP works in a BFS mode, so the rest packets like TCP, UDP, Other packets will wait in queue untill the decryption of QUIC is not processed. Searching, Creating new packets is not taking much time but the decryption part does. I'm using QUICHE of cloudflare for decryption which is already fast but still can't [process that on the same thread.
