Gentle reminder that now is a good time to upgrade vpp-ext-deps build to
use DPDK 25.11 and rdma-core 60.0 (latest version > 58.0 per DPDK
release notes).
Can one of you please push a change to gerrit to upgrade these packages
similar to [0]?
