Hoi folks,
I noticed that a current build with Mellanox PMD driver enabled no
longer detects or starts the NICs.
Compare:

Can somebody confirm / reproduce? Should be as easy as building from
HEAD with any MLX5 card (in my case MCX516A-CDAT).
