Thanks for the info.

I am aware of the test flow cli and the NICs on my device support RTE flows.

Once I enable a flow on an interface to redirect certain packets to queue 0, I 
don't want other packets to use this queue 0. This can be done by disabling RSS 
for queue 0. I am looking for a way to disable RSS for queue 0 or exclude queue 
0 from RSS. Any pointer on this would be helpful.
